OEM Cheer Uniforms
OEM (original equipment manufacturing) means we produce cheerleading uniforms and apparel to your own design, spec sheet or tech pack, factory-direct, without our name or branding appearing anywhere on the product.
OEM vs. Private Label
The two terms overlap and buyers often use them interchangeably. OEM typically refers to manufacturing strictly to a buyer-supplied design or spec sheet. Private label usually means the same production process, plus your brand name, tags or labels applied to the finished product. Working From Your Spec Sheet
If you already have a tech pack, pattern, or detailed spec sheet, we work directly from it. If you don’t, send your design idea, reference images or an existing sample garment, and we’ll put together a spec and mockup for your sign-off before anything is cut.
Production Process
Mockup and physical sample approval come before bulk cutting on every order, OEM included. Full sublimation, rhinestone, metallic and mystique finishes are available. Minimum order is 10 pieces per style, with 4 to 6 weeks from approved sample to delivery, DDP shipping.

Do I need a finished tech pack to place an OEM order?
No. A tech pack speeds up the first mockup, but we can build one from a design idea, reference photos, or an existing garment if you don’t have formal specs yet.
What's the minimum order quantity for OEM production?
10 pieces per style, the same minimum that applies across our other manufacturing options.
Can OEM production also carry our own brand labels?
Yes. OEM and private label production run through the same factory process. Let us know at the start whether you want your own branding applied.
