For gyms and programs ordering across multiple squads or a full roster, bulk pricing on custom cheerleading uniforms is significantly better factory-direct than through a reseller marking up the same production.

Per-piece pricing improves with volume, as it does with most manufacturing, since larger cutting and sewing runs are more efficient. A large order also lets us plan fabric and finish sourcing (rhinestones, metallic foil, sublimation printing) in one batch rather than several smaller ones, which helps keep the per-unit cost down further.

Each squad or product type can carry its own design within one larger production run, so a gym doesn’t need every squad to look identical to place one combined order.

A larger order still goes through the same process as a small one: a mockup and physical sample for approval before your full order is cut, size-by-size cutting, and quality checks at each stage of production with photos before dispatch. Volume changes the production schedule, not the quality process.
