Embroidery vs. Sublimated Panels

Embroidery gives a raised, textured logo and holds up extremely well to repeated washing, and works best for simpler logos and text. Sublimated panels dye multi-color designs directly into the fabric, which suits detailed graphics, gradients or photo-style artwork that embroidery can’t reproduce. Many warmup jackets combine both: embroidered team name with sublimated color-block panels.

Ordering Warmups and Jackets

10-piece minimum per style. Send your design or logo and we’ll build a mockup, then a physical sample for approval before the full order goes into production. Typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks from approved design to delivery.
