Policies

These are the standing policies for All Cheer Manufacturer. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we’re happy to walk through it with you before you place an order.

Sample Policy

  • Standard Samples: Proto-samples are provided without custom branding. Custom woven labels, hang tags, or branding on samples can be added for an additional charge.
  • Timeline: Typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on design complexity. We recommend an additional week of buffer for complex designs, since corrections mid-production (for example, remaking an incorrect mold) add time.
  • Start Date: Production begins only once the client’s payment has cleared in our account.
  • Delays: While we strive for speed, a delay of up to 2 weeks may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays stemming from client communication gaps or late information sharing are not the company’s responsibility.
  • Budgeting: If project requirements exceed the initial sample budget, we reserve the right to request additional funding to ensure the quality of the final result.
  • No Refunds: All sample production fees are strictly non-refundable.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Team orders: 10 pieces per style
  • Brand or private-label orders: 50 pieces per style

MOQ applies per style, design, and color, not per size.

Payment Policy

  • Pricing Transparency: Our quoted pricing includes shipping costs to your location.
  • Advance Payment (Bulk Orders): A minimum 70% advance payment is required to initiate bulk production, with the remaining 30% due before shipping. For orders below $5,000, 100% advance payment is required.
  • No Refunds (Bulk Orders): Due to the custom nature of private-label manufacturing, all bulk orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Accepted Methods: We prefer MoneyGram, which offers the best exchange rates. PayPal is available on request, but carries additional cost due to lower exchange rates and delayed transfers, so we do not recommend it as a first choice.

Quality and Tolerance Policy

  • Color, logo, and customization: produced to the approved design and specifications, with a 10% tolerance. Variations beyond that tolerance are our responsibility, and we will replace the item.
  • Rhinestones and embellishments: we use high-quality stones and proven placement techniques. Because cheer and dance garments are stretched and handled heavily, a small number of stones (5 or fewer) coming loose over time falls under normal wear. Beyond that, or if stones come loose without the garment even being used, due to a placement defect on our part, we are responsible and will remake the affected piece at no additional cost.
  • Manufacturing defects: All Cheer Manufacturer takes full responsibility for any manufacturing shortfalls. Confirmed defective units are remade to meet our quality standards.
  • Incorrect size or incorrect product shipped: we are responsible and will send a replacement.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Incoterms: We operate under clear Incoterms (EXW, FOB Karachi, CIF, or DDP).
  • Delivery Time: Standard DDP shipping takes approximately 12 business days. Fast shipping via DHL takes approximately 5 business days, at additional cost.
  • Duties and Customs: We pay duties and customs on your behalf only when DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is selected. For all other shipping terms, customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • Bulk orders over 10,000 units: sea cargo available, approximately 40 to 75 business days to the US.
  • Carrier Liability: While we partner with trusted global carriers, the company is not liable for delays caused by customs hold-ups or international courier processing errors.

Ethical Standards

Our operations adhere to strict standards regarding fair wages and safe working conditions.

Media & Content Rights

  • Social Media Usage: We document the production journey through photos and videos to showcase our capabilities. By default, All Cheer Manufacturer reserves the right to use these production-time images and videos for our own social media marketing.
  • Privacy Opt-Out: If you prefer your production process to remain private, we respect your brand’s confidentiality. This can be formalized through a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the start of our partnership.

Returns and Replacement Policy

As a custom, made-to-order manufacturer, we do not offer general returns. Replacements are handled as outlined in our Quality and Tolerance Policy above.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a discrepancy, we urge clients to contact their dedicated project manager immediately to ensure a collaborative resolution.

All Cheer Manufacturer is our public brand name. We are legally registered as All Cheer Production, Sialkot, Pakistan.
