How Custom Cheer Uniforms Are Made: Inside Our Sialkot Factory
Most cheer uniform sellers buy finished stock and resell it. We do the opposite: every uniform we ship starts as a blank page, your design, and goes through a real manufacturing process in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. Here is what actually happens between the moment you send us a design and the moment your squad puts on a finished uniform. This is Part 1 of 2, covering design through sewing.
Step 1: Design and Tech Pack
Every order starts with a visual, either a design you already have or one built from scratch with our team, by hand or with AI-assisted concepts. From that visual, we build a technical pack: the exact pattern pieces, panel placements, color map, and embellishment plan that our cutting and sewing teams will follow. Nothing goes to the factory floor until this is locked in.
Step 2: Choosing the Right Fabric
Fabric choice is where a lot of cheap uniforms fail, the wrong stretch or weight ruins fit and movement. We work with specific fabrics matched to each garment type, see our full fabric guide for details. The fabric is chosen before cutting even begins, based on how the garment needs to move and perform.
Step 3: Cutting and Sewing
Each pattern piece is cut to the tech pack’s exact measurements, then assembled by hand on the sewing floor. Two machines of the same model, run by two different craftsmen, can produce a very slightly different finish, this is a normal part of garment manufacturing everywhere, not just at our factory. We account for this with careful quality checks at every stage rather than pretending it does not exist.
